Billie Barnard-Nelson passed away, Monday Morning, May 4, 2026, in Twin Falls, Idaho. A visitation will be from 12:00 – 12:45 p.m. on Monday May 11 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 650 Pocatello Ave., American Falls. The funeral will follow beginning at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be at the Falls View Cemetery. A full obituary will be posted when available.
