Bryan Richard Kopp of Boise, Idaho, left the pain of this world on September 26, 2023. Bryan was born September 8, 1985, to Richard George and Edith Marie (Burgemeister) Kopp in Pocatello, Idaho. He was welcomed home by his older sister Heidi.
Bryan grew up on the family dry farm near American Falls, where he learned his strong work ethic and love of gardening and the outdoors.
At a young age, Bryan knew he wanted to build and work on computers. He graduated from American Falls High School in 2004 as a co-valedictorian, where he was also active in band and musical drama. He attended Eastern Idaho Technical College in Idaho Falls and received a computer technology certificate. Bryan moved to Boise, Idaho, where he worked for different companies as a computer technician. At the time of his death, he was employed by Boise Cascade in Boise.
Bryan married Nicole Jones in 2012. They had two children, Lyla Rose and Weston Bryan. They were his pride and joy. Bryan and Nicole later divorced.
Bryan was preceded in death by his grandparents George and Martha Kopp and Albert and Dorothy Burgemeister, aunts Darlene Miller and Shawna Winberg, uncle Chuck Finlayson, and cousin Damian Jacobson. He is survived by his parents Richard and Edith, children Lyla and Weston Kopp, sister and brother-in-law Heidi and Brandon Hobbs, nieces Morgan and Aspen Hobbs, aunts and uncles Marian (Lee) Pena, Alvin (Susan) Burgemeister, Rosalie Finlayson, Arnold Burgemeister, and Charlie Miller, and his cousins.
A visitation will be from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. on Saturday October 7, at St John's Lutheran Church in American Falls.
