Debbie Laureen Watters

Debbie Laureen Watters, 50, of Idaho Falls, went into her Heavenly Father’s arms on Tuesday, November 20, 2012.  Debbie passed away quietly in her sleep at the Rexburg Care Center where she resided.

 

 Debbie was born January 28, 1962, to JoAnn Bauer and Gary Marrit. 

 

Debbie was a talented Artist who frequently entered pieces into the Idaho State Fair and had won many prizes for her beautiful artworks.  She was known for quick wit, sense of humor, and contagious laugh.  Debbie had a caring heart and loved taking care of her family, friends and furry friends.  She was a patient soul with a playful spirit.  Her favorite thing was spending time with her family and friends.  Debbie was quite good at playing games whether it is Sorry the board game, Donkey Kong on super Nitendo, or dueling out on a computer game. 

 

Debbie has fought an uphill battle with Multiple Sclerosis for the past 30 years and joins many loved ones in Heaven including her grandparents, Emil and Martha Bauer, Uncle Larry Bauer, Cousin Terry Bauer, great aunt Minnie Bauer and many more. 

 

She is survived by her parents, JoAnn, Gary and stepmother Karen; half siblings, Kareena and Devin Maritt and her four children, including their spouses, Alisha and Joey Rodriguez, Mathew and Jennifer Watters, Brandy and Logan Furniss, and Kristopher and Veni Watters, as well as five grandchildren with one on the way. 

 

Debbie will be forever missed by her family and friends. 

 

The viewing will be held at 1:00 pm, on Thursday, November 29th at Calvary Chapel, located at 4250 S. 25th E. in Idaho Falls. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm.
