Kay passed away March 12, 2015 with his family by his side. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 2015 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints, 111 Church Place, American Falls 1st Ward. The visitation will be at the church from, 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 20,2015 & 9:30-10-30 a.m. Saturday before the funeral.
