Clint was active in School Athletics and Scouts during his school years.  He was an Eagle Scout, and a scout leader for many years.  He excelled in football and basketball.  During high school years, he met the love of his life.

Clint was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, having served three missions in South Dakota, New York, and Iowa with his wife Myrna.  He served in various church callings.
