Kathy Nelson

Kathy Nelson, 67, of American Falls, Idaho, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 29. Born in California to Don and Janet Roth, Kathy lived a life filled with love, craft, and dedication to her family. She was a devoted wife to Jeff Nelson and a loving mother to Jason and Amy, and she cherished her six grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers and her father.

A talented crafter and miniaturist, Kathy’s work was celebrated in the Miniature Gazette in the mid 1980s. In addition to her artistic gifts, she was an exemplary homemaker, an amazing gardener, and a steadfast mother and wife whose warmth and cheerful spirit touched all who knew her.
