Millie also actively worked for John Hancock Insurance Company.

Millie met her loving husband Lewis R. Prather in July 1982 and were wed on August 12, 1983 in Glenns Ferry, Idaho.  Millie continued to work as a caregiver and insurance adjuster until she was blessed with her first son, Tyrell Lewis Prather, on April 2, 1985.  Two years later Millie was blessed with another son Justin Clyde Prather on May 24, 1987.

In 1992 Millie and her family moved to American Falls, ID where she continued working at various jobs as a convenience store cashier, a trucking dispatcher for Transystems, and a cook at Hilltop Café.

Millie loved fishing, hiking, gardening and odd jobs in and around the house.  Millie quit working to be a full-time homemaker while her husband continued employment with the Union Pacific Railroad as a Maintenance-of-way foreman.

Millie was a wonderful woman full of love and compassion.  She also had many talents and was very diversified.  She was enthusiastic to teach and to learn and willingly passed along her traits to her children and companions.  Millie made many friends wherever she went.  To Millie a stranger was another friend that she hadn’t met yet.  She will be loved and missed by all.
