Sylvia Ramirez Aguirre, of American Falls, Idaho was called into heaven on March 1, 2014 in Pocatello, Idaho due to ongoing health complications.

Sylvia was born March 20, 1956, to Ignacio Sr. & Dominga Ramirez in Buckeye, Arizona. Sylvia was a wonderful homemaker, but also enjoyed seasonal farm work.  Her best accomplishment was marring Pablo Aguirre on Mother’s Day in 1972 and raising three sons and one daughter.  She loved her grandchildren and was a motherly figure in their lives as well.  She enjoyed cooking Mexican dinners for her family and enjoyed their time spent together.  She was always there for her grandchildren & children to listen and give advice. 

Sylvia is being honored by her Husband (Pablo Aguirre) and her 4 children Paul and (Missy) Aguirre and Marie and (Cruz) Villegas and Ignacio (Benny) Aguirre and Pete and (Shaye) Agurrie  and her grandchildren Lissette, Ray, Samantha, Gabriel, Bresaida, Xzavier, Janiyah, Jessica, Pricilla, Joe, Jordon, Adrian, Benito, Zenaidita, she also had 1 great grand daughter Jennifer Jayleen Alvarez.         

Sylvia was the 7th child of 15 children.  She's also being honored by them Gloria Ramirez, Elida Lopez, Ignacio (Rosa) Ramirez, Martina (leo) Luis, Freddy (Carla) Ramirez, Beatrice Vargas, Thomas(Hilda) Ramirez, Trinidad (Mindy) Ramirez, Maricelda Burns, Irma (Carlos) Cortez, Delia (Alfonzo) Longoria, Raul (Laura) Ramirez, Linda Ramirz, Sally (Terry) Paris.

She is now being reunited with her parents Ignacio Sr. & Dominga Ramirez, sister Beatrice Vargas & other loved ones that have passed already. 

A visitation will be from 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday March 5, 2014 at Davis-Rose Mortuary, 170 Idaho St., American Falls, Idaho and at 10:00 a.m. Thursday March 6, 2014, at the American Falls, Christian Fellowship, 329 Harrison Avenue, American Falls.  The funeral will follow at 11:00 a.m. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to help pay for expenses would be greatly appreciated and can be deposited into Pablo Aguirre’s account at the Bank of Commerce. The family would also like to thank Alliance Hospice, Compass Life Inc., Pocatello Care and Rehab, and The University of Utah for their loving care and support.  Condolences and memories may be shared at davisrosemortuary.com.
